I'm ok with the occasional issue.. But recently my account has needed constant tending to keep running properly, bit of a bummer. And I doubt the network is still loaded with pirates?

Hah, up to around 50kb/s :D

Evening MrBeep.

The last few days have been wonderful on Openweb, keep up the good work.

While speeds are full tonight I seem to be getting 700+ latency in War Thunder, and similar in GW2.
Is there anything wrong with the lines tonight?
 
Post traces to the servers you're connecting to and a trace to google.co.za

You would need to take this matter up with your bank.

ya,i just looked at my email
and it said my debit order failed

i am with capitec bank and i had alot of crap b4 they gotten my debit card details right,and now it fails :/
dont think debit orders is ow's thing :P

its not my fault that they cant get there debit orders right,now i am with out real internet
dam cap :/

i did that and got disconected :/
 
I believe you are not happy because we have disconnected your account due to your debit order failing. I'm afraid I cannot see how this is an OpenWeb fault?

i am not happy with openweb...

Damn... anyway, EFT'n this bad boy and getting back to my Hulu tomorrow.
 
I was getting shocking speeds too.
Just emailed support and got a trial account and BOOM, Much better.

The normal amount of debit orders failed this month.

If there were an unusual amount, we would've announced a fault.

I do however believe that folks are quick to place blame on the company, but, one must remember, we are an ISP, not a financial institution. Our debit orders are handled by our banks / processing gateways.

i gotten a email reply from admin
and they say mine faild due to "Insufficient Funds"
but that cant be
i had 5k on it the 23rd (my pay get payed into it)
and didnt use a cent of it

now i am stressing the **** out of myself
is the really "Insufficient Funds" or is it just the debit order from ow that not right
need to go tomorrow morning 1st thing
well i think i need to do eft's from now on :/
