I cannot even watch Youtube @ 480p..........it is really really bad ! Never had issues like this a month ago.

Getting a bit gatvol of all these speed issues now, it's been getting worse and worse - no matter who's to blame - I don't care. There's nothing wrong with my money and I expect to get what I pay for !

I'm on 4MB Silver

Man o man that is just the best news to start the weekend :D You'd have to pull a full Mweb (aka go full retard) to lose me as a customer after this and all the great service so far. Well done!

I'm not on IS. Everything works except nntp. Weird. 10KB/s max. Gonna fiddle now with my news server. No access to saix news server on current network/account.

Telkom has probably upgraded the folks on your exchange without upgrading the exchange itself, leaving you with a congested exchange.

May I suggest you log a fault with them by calling 10210

Done this and ping has improved.
Still downloading at 10kb/s but streaming seems okay. On a gold 2mb account.

Logged in using FNB account. Downloading at 20x the speed :wtf:

Post the speedtest results from both accounts and tracerts to openweb and international. A forum member named Zertop recently released a program that does this for you. I'm on my phone so can't find the thread now, but just search for it...
 
Tried to download it but Windows will not run it.
Still awaiting a response.
SpeedTest is the same with both, although sub-optimal. Just downloading with the Openweb account is terrible.
 
not every one have the money for vdsl,and if we do,we dont support it yet :/

how many do u pull in one houre?

I am trying to upgrade my current OpenWeb 1Mbs account to 2Mbs, and I have selected the "existing client" options, however, it refuses to accept my current username and password. I am assuming this is the ADSL user details I fill in?

Noob. Help!

My line is now syncing at 2Mbs and I would love to upgrade my 1Mbs Uncapped Gold accordingly.

there where u click "Client Login: ?

u have to enter your email and the pass in there
