Funny thing, MrBeep. You say when you test it, it works perfectly fine. That might be true at the time/hour you test it, but when the time on the clock hits 8AM all our internet speeds drop rock-bottom, but no, no one ever mentions that do they now, neither do you or your company or your so-called tech support. We are just supposed to suck it up or go to another ISP if we are not happy with this drastic shaping or throttling, well I for one are fed up with all the excuses and the poor service I'm receiving this is not the service i was promised when i joined since day 1.
If i knew that my internet was going to be this poor i would never have signed up for this nonsense. At least one thing i can say about MWEB they never shaped or throttled me until they came up with the idea of their 'usage policies'.
You as OPENWEB had a good name like MWEB too once, but you are beginning to mess it up for yourselves and at the end of the day you are losing customers to TELKOM and AFRIHOST. Lets face it people always talked good about you and your ISP, MrBeep and everyone at OPENWEB was so full of themselves telling me how awesome and nice OPENWEB works but im telling everyone who reads this
DONT GO TO OPENWEB EVER as their service is pathetic even their customer support and call center is useless as can be. When you need them the most their call center is closed for the day and you are forced to either message here or email or w/e but no you cant call them and talk to someone.
If you dont fix this mess im going to cancel this subscription just as fast i've got it. There are hundreds more of ISPs out there, OPENWEB is not the alpha and the omega of the internet.
This is 5pm at night and my internet is still as lovely as can be. Im paying for 1mb/s line not this nonsence.
