Im connected to the Malboro exchange, so il prob put my money on that.

Yeah, you should really have that checked out. Those pings definitely sound like a congested exchange. Sadly it seems the October upgrades really hit some of the infrastructure hard. My parents' internet used to be flawless but they're struggling to maintain full sync speed all of a sudden.

Luckily the line at my flat is still fine, so touch wood on that.

Having DCs on my side. Authentication seems to drop or something. Sent support email already. Been happening yesterday and today. Working fine on other account.

Fired up my Gamers King account yesterday and my interwebs has been going like the clappers. When downloading, absolutely flawless stability at just over 100kb/s (on my 1 meg line) and gaming has never been smoother.

I have a good feeling about this...

Can someone do a ping test on a Gold Uncapped account to this IP:

server.focotdm.com:7777

Same with Gamers King...

ping test the same ip above

I think you also need to add where in the country you are.

Mr beep what is going on my account is totally dead, it wont connect?

Hi semaphore,

Can you please update the thread regarding your issue.

Issue seems fine, appears it may have been my exchange. However i noticed a lot of packet loss on IS links abroad on the terminating end into Level 3 in london.

My account still kicking ass and taking names. Have come to a point now where I no longer download the entire internet every month, averaging about 170GB a month now on 4Mbit and couldn't be happier.

Hi Mr. Beep.

I just got my first ADSL line (1mb) and I have an Openweb Gold account. I use my connection for playing Xbox live and torrent downloads.

Previously I have been using a wireless SP, also with a 1mb connection (but heavily shaped). However, with that connection I had no problems playing on Xbox live.

Since I moved to a DSL line I have been unable to enjoy playing online. I get disconnected from games every now and then. It is as if the connection times out.

I don't run any other internet services while playing.

I have no idea what this means, but it might help!
