OpenWeb Problems...!!!!

I'm currently using OpenWeb 2GB-IS-192.

For browsing international website, I say........only 20% works fine! coz normally cant find the site at all.... or its extremely slow.

after finish your normal 2GB, its become more slow than normal, its feels like doesnt wanna load at all......(sometimes its take 2 minutes to load a page, and after all, its said cant find the page)

Any suggestion? what should i do?
Anyone have any suggestion for similar feature internet ISP for more or less tha same price?

And, its not openwebs fault that IS had crap speeds today.
 
Thanks a lot Mr BEEP, but I has made such a mess on that payment to you and i've already done my 30gb, so everything else is a bonus!

really not to worry!

But as a matter of interest IS do seem to shape local, because http/80 works at full 16 k/bs on my 192 line (at home) where as chuck norris only runs at like 4 of a 20+ seeds torrent!

your service is really excellent and your effort by far outweights the profit you make so i'm a very very happy openweb client!
 
Had PM Mr. Beep, hope he can solve my problems.

Althought that OpenWeb are experiencing some problems, but with this kind of good after service, i will carry on with it
