Ding ding, service please!

Just be patient, MrBeep normally responds fairly quickly. Posting here on the forums might grab his attention but your best bet would be email. And I know you have emailed him, I've also had instances where I mailed him in the morning and he only replied later that evening.

Thanks Dad :) In my world paying customers have the right to a little impatience, as long as it is tempered with tolerance and understanding.

You're welcome son, a little patience goes a long way,even if you're a paying customer :)

Since when is trying to get the attention of Mr Beep impatience? Tell you what, don't tell me how to behave when I need an internet service that works to run my business and I won't tell you how to behave deal? :) I didn't throw my toys or blurt expletives I merely requested a little service, I think that is ok. Or do you never wave to get a waiter's attention?

I'm sorry, I was just teasing you.

Accept my humble apology.

I hope MrBeep pulls through for you quite soon. :)

In my experience most ISPs (that I've been with), including big ones like MWeb, Atlantic etc, take at least one full day, if you're lucky, before queries are answered. Often it takes much longer.

So yes, calling "ding ding service" after just ONE HOUR, and doing so in a public forum, perhaps is indicative of an age induced intolerance for patience... :)

As for using it for your business... do you have a business account? Or are you expecting business-account service levels from a much cheaper domestic account?
