Openweb uncapped ADSL feedback

I returned today and logged on for the first time in Dec and my account is extremely slow. Was hoping that it will be good seeing I haven't downloaded anything yet

It is Gold.

They moved me to a dslheaven account which I am lucky to be able to post this (2nd try). Can't open speedtest. The new account did start off well for the first 30 mins or so and then went basically dead.
 
i had a dslheaven account on the backend of november. it was actually heaven. but then when the wheels fell off the wa network due to them getting 3x more subscribers then they expected it went to crap. wa say they will have capacity increase tomorrow. i'll wait to see what the feedback looks like in the wa uncapped thread.

As explained to you, the fault is not with the account. I have been using the account now for the last hour and it is solidly maxing out my line.

The fault is to do with Telkom syncing you down. Please contact them on 10210 and log a fault.

Sigh... the "pages timing out/ not loading" problem has struck me again with my VB account. :(

Wonder how long it will take this time for it to rectify itself... meh.

PS: I can't sign into PSN either. :mad:
 
Same here, also on VB

Page time outs, download timeouts and struggle to load webmail.co.za.
Download from youtube goes +400KB

Seems like fault on VB then
 
Please mail me so that I can move you to a different network.

I'm also on dslheaven and seem to be having constant problems with timeouts and disconnects.

The speed is fine however.
 
Hmm... my VB is also acting up now.... gmail for one.... my ftp transfers to my server are stopping and starting every now and then.... but when they work they go at full speed.
 
The only thing working on VB is news servers, the rest is pretty much useless :(
