Openweb uncapped ADSL feedback

I don't seem to have any problem on VB. I only use NNTP though but I am getting full speed and have not run into any sites that won't open.
 
What's your pings looking like Rohan?
I get fine speed on my FTP downloads, but sites take forever to open or on occasion time out., and my latency to intl sites are around 450ms (normally 180-200).
 
Hmm well in online gaming I get about 220 -250 to the UK and BF3 around 20 - 40ms.
 
Come to think of it, my VB problems started like 3 days after the other guys. Dunno if it's a regional issue or one that maybe moved along the interwebs.
 
Will keep an eye on it and post here if it changes for me.

Interesting, set my dns to google 8.8.8.8 and things were quite slow, went back to obtain dns automatically and much better :)

Please contact our support channels first before posting here.

As explained, the fault is not on the account side, as it tests perfectly on all 3 x of our national ADSL lines. It is either with your ADSL router, or Telkom line / port. Please perform the tasks I requested in the email.

I do miss VB, on dslheaven I am finding that I can't download something and browse at the same time....on VB I could, but with DSLheaven webpages don't load if I am downloading. VB was the closest to heavenly internet I ever had, wish they would hurry up and fix it.

+1, we've been having it on VB.

for me dslheaven is working better than vb was
