Openweb uncapped ADSL feedback

Been having a great time on DSL Heaven...but tonight international gaming latency was not very good. Other than that no problems.
 
Was playing on UK server (Rift). It kept spiking to 4k. Switched to my backup account and the spiking stopped.
 
This is incorrect. We have different service levels on various different networks that we resell. Gold will be placed on a Gold circuit, Standard on a Standard circuit and so on.

Openweb is slow during the day and fast at night :-) 6:00-18:00

I DL DC universe, well started at 3 this morning did about 2 gig on my 1mb line. After 6 it just slowed to a almost dead stop. Line speeds are still fine tested them, DL are just a no go.

Today is my last day with OpenWeb and in fact with ADSL had to cancel due to personal reasons....

A big thank you to Keoma aka MRBEEP for a great ISP and excellent Customer service for the last two years he even sorted out my issues late nights as well!:)

Will definitely return to OpenWeb as soon as my problems is sorted out.

I love how your line is slow, but suddenly, the entire Openweb is slow.

No it is not. My openweb is flying, like it usually does, 24/7

I guess you havent emailed [email protected] like mrbeep has parroted the entire year?

Anyone else getting extreme packet loss on international links using DSLHeaven backbone today?

Some sites (like bbc.co.uk) are fine, others failing badly.
 
I have tested the accounts, and they are working fine on my lines in Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein and Johannesburg.

dslheaven working well here. Downloading with it as we speak at max line speed
