I have been unable to use my uncapped account as from the 1st February. I have emailed [email protected] a few hours ago.

All local pings 300ms and timing out except sgs which is 11 ms

mrbeep please respond man!!!!!!!! i will need to send an email. It's not the biggest issue as i can use my axxess account but still there is something busted . Please note it is not my line when i connect with axxess my pings are 100%

Yes, shocking. Local speed seems fine:

Download Speed: 3414 kbps (426.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 411 kbps (51.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 87 ms

but international is :

Test conducted on 05 February 2012 07:09:40 PM
Download Speed: 211 kbps (26.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 221 kbps (27.6 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 338 ms
