Can anyone advice me which backbone on gold account is best for streaming, just got my HTPC up and running and would like streaming to work on it.
Also i will only use browsing and http downloads, no torrents or nbz's.

Currently i am on DSLHeaven, but streaming sucks.

All the backbones I've tried have crap streaming a lot of the time.

Speednet reports that this are normal, but usenet, torrents, downloads are much much slower than usual during the day. When you are on a slower line you really feel the differences.

I'm on IS and my speeds (http/ftp/etc) are 100%. Getting shaped on usenet but that's fine.

I think only the after hours uncapped gives good streaming.

I'm on IS and my speeds (http/ftp/etc) are 100%. Getting shaped on usenet but that's fine.

I have no idea what I am on.....its an @openweb.co.za....used to be on VB then was moved when there were problems.

What does speedtest.net say? @ow is all IS afaik (or at least always in my case).

My experience with a Gold 4mbps account and OpenWeb support have been really disappointing. I'm attempting to resolve my issue one last time before I cancel, because currently it's just not worth it.

Currently getting a max of 10KBps on international speed tests.
