I tried to call them and the lines are dead. Just blank and no response on whatsapp or email. Pretty useless courier it seems.

Got this via mail :

Dear clients

We have be getting a huge amount of people showing up at your branches requesting their parcels and then the parcels are not ready for collection. Please make sure that you requested a client collection through the call center which takes 24 to 48 business hours to arrange by our agents.Once your parcel is ready for collection we as Buffalo logistics will send you an email or sms requesting you to come and pick it up.

When our system shows that your parcel is still at the Airport warehouse or in transit to JHB or PTA that means that your parcel is not at your branch YET. Once it shows JHB or PTA branch received does that mean your parcel has arrived at our branches and our operations team is busy ditching your parcel or placing your parcel on collection with shelf number.

If your parcel shows in transit to a third party express that means that your parcel has been handed over to our third party courier for collection which can be any of the following couriers.
Skyent, Fastway, Intertown and Paxi. Our third party couriers will assist us with deliveries because it is Buffalo logistics peak season.

Buffalo Logistics sincerely apologize to all the clients whose parcels have been delayed at our airport branch for more than a week. We humbly apologize for any inconvenience.

Me too but call the "call centre" is useless.
Me too! Also received an email from them confirming so and its now in transit. I emailed their main office overseas with a link to this thread mentioning there are some concerns locally about ordering from them direct. They did mention they would look into it. I also DM Gloria Yang as mentioned in this thread earlier (props to that person) and she also got involved. I think we are good. Will keep everyone updated.

Great - I did exactly the same !

It seems the pickup is OK from Ecoflow, but the courier is useless. An ETA would be ideal - even if 1 week

According the mail though, should have been shipped from a local warehouse. It *could* be a bonded - but the impression I get from the above is already through customs

This is so clearly a fake account posting bullshit to bump up their score on FB

****ed up capitalizations and random commas everywhere. Clear sign of a non english speaker using Google translate.

"Here I am sharing my testimony" is NOT how normal people talk.

Interested in getting the Ecoflow River max unit.

Q: Does the battery expansion has to be from ecoflow or I can use any?
