This month I have been unable to use my 3G, and upon calling the customer service agent, I have been informed that I have to pay R1900 for the month of April. However, this should not be possible for 2 very good reasons:
1. I have a debit order set up, and they have successfully deducted each month's payment.
2. I have a signed a contract with 1gb limit for R349 + (R100 if I am slightly over the limit) with a soft lock signed for.
The customer agent who answered my call, informed me that I did not have a soft lock in place, which I believe to be opposite of what I signed for.
So now, what can I do about this, and who do I speak to, in order to solve this problem as soon as possible?
