Paradox IP150 configuration issue

Pleave confirm what you put in the static ip section. To configure it manually. What should I use for the local ip etc.Screenshot_20211211-072324_Insite Gold.jpg
 
i can log back into the app again, but not receiving any push notifications.
 
Same problem here-no push notifications. It appears that teh Swan server is problematic. This happens time and again.

I am still having issues with push notifications, very poor service for a paid app
 
Don't waste your money now as push notifications still don't work.
I need it more for remote arming and disarming. Push notifications would have been a bonus.
But it seems I'll need to upgrade firmware first (current version is 1.26.01)

Do you connect to your panel from HA via the IP150+? I am thinking of doing it since the Insite App just keeps telling me "the connection to Swan Server is lost" I have a paid subscription and the internet light on the IP150+ just blinks now.

For what its worth, I still keep Babyware files and *some* firmware updated on my server at https://lekkerstuff.co.za/uploads/Paradox

HAS, PAI are far better though!

Newer versions of the IP150 / IP150+ disable the web ui completely - 5.2x seems to be where that happens.
4.x still has the webui on port 80, although its severely gimped by that version.

I had a fun 2 hours this morning trying to persuade 2 of my units to update, after lots of timeouts and SWAN is not available etc. Eventually got in to reset / update mine, although i did need to do it twice for it to take.

Infocus Gold phone app is working again on the latest firmwares. Seems flaky on 4.x now.

Anyone had a problem where a keypad 'forgets' zone names?
I have 3 keypads, and one doesn't seem to load the zone names, just "Zone 1", Zone 2" etc.

Never saw that (but I only have one keypad) .. could it be that the SD card is borked. I have a touch screen panel that has an SD card.
 
Strange everyone is struggling with insight Gold's notifications. Mine works just fine.
 
Does anyone have any idea why my IP150 would suddenly stop connecting to the internet? I can connect locally through the web interface, but the internet light is off and email notifications no longer work...

I tried updating the firmware to 4.00.04 (still old, I know but thought I should upgrade incrementally) and that seems to have made things worse. I now can no longer connect to my panel using Babyware and I still have no internet light.

If memory serves, upgrading to v4 of ip150 forces you to use Insite gold app to manage alarm which is subscription based.

In any case, sometimes, just disconnect the ip150 from panel to turn it off and then reconnect, hopefully it should then connect.

Thanks, I did try that (a lot!)

I'm going to set up Home Assistant and see if that works. I did try using Insite a while ago but it never detected my system and I gave up with their support team. The email push notification was all I really needed (until it stopped working)
 
Insight Gold is giving me so many hassles the past few weeks. When I'm trying to access my alarm, it'll say Connecting to Site and never connect. I exit and retry 2, 3 times and sometimes it eventually connects. Sometimes it connects first time.

What can I try?
 
Insight Gold has always been spotty for me at the best of times, I think it's to do with their swarm servers having issues.
