Partner's health issues affecting relationship.

Pregnancy cures/recedes endometriosis temporarily, so that would be helpful actually.
I believe the pill also keeps it at bay - this is how one of my wife's friends discovered she had it when she went off the pill to try have a baby.

Not a doctor but that could be prescribed for it if not already on it

Why do you have a dermatologist?
For your “psoriasis“

Go read my posts and you can figure it out rather quickly by having just two brain cells talking to each other.

Fortunately I don’t have psoriasis, otherwise I would really start thinking about offing myself.

Oh wait, you put that in quotes so you must believe that’s fake too.

I do get bizarre unexplained legions on my skin though with minimal friction which are a lot of fun.

100% correct.

And was the same with us.

It flared up when trying to get pregnant due to going off the pill and actually had to be operated on to keep it at bay long enough.

Now post two pregnancies and four years later it seems to be staying at bay for the moment but time will tell.

Probably another “lie” our rodent-like friend won’t believe was the utter **** show of going off my meds while trying to get pregnant because it causes mutations in babies.

You a female?

You a female?

Do I look like a dog? Because that’s the only time you ask someone if they are a female.

But no, I am not and I have no idea how you came to that conclusion having just read my posts which clearly indicates otherwise.

Seems that way >_<

Seems to be purposefully difficult no matter where "it" appears...
Have you ever met someone that tells you they have an autoimmune disease or do they name the disease
they always name the disease ie diabetes, aids, cancer
not “I have an autoimmune disease”
especially a disease that’s trying so hard to be labeled an autoimmune disease like crohns disease
so called crohns will never be an autoimmune disease.

Have you ever considered that…

1. People don’t particularly like talking about it, and hence they don’t just go blabbing about it as you claim. The entire purpose of the statement was NOT to draw attention to it, but rather to the underlying chronic pain condition. There was no reason to name it as it wasn’t applicable, you are the one who wanted to know. Chronic Pain applies to many things, auto immune or otherwise.

2. I’m not a doctor and you are stuck on a very minor technicality in a use of words while disregarding everything else I’ve said.

3. There is a very divided opinion on exactly this topic in the medical community and it is labelled exactly as such depending on where you go. It used to be described as auto immune outright and has only in recent times been considered otherwise as more data emerges.

4. The disease isn’t trying to do anything. It’s not on the internet arguing about bullshit. It doesn’t have feelings about it’s own classification.

5. There’s a very high correlation of people with Crohn’s getting/having other auto immune diseases/conditions so however you want to label the damn thing doesn’t really matter, odds are there is a related underlying problem.

You see your own bullshit, and that’s all you want to see.

It may have been considered psychosomatic back in the 70’s but the world has since moved on and we live in modern times with (a little) more understanding.

Good job Googling (badly) to try support your narrative.

There are very few things in this world not aggravated by your psychosomatic status, but very few things actually caused by it.

It’s also a doctor’s easy out fancy word for not saying “Sorry, I don’t have a clue”. The ultimate scapegoat.

Good luck

My daughter was two months premature, at the time my wife was undiagnosed. It was reading a thread on this forum, where everything just click. As at the time we were going in circles with doctors and gynecologists, my wife in pain all the time. We went to a specialist and it was confirmed. After the surgery, my wife was a different person, her old self really. So it sad to see it comeback.

She miscarriage a few years ago, and it hit her hard. So we have basically given up on having another child.

It does complicate things unnecessarily.

Took us almost three years to conceive doing everything else perfectly right.

Luckily we avoided any miscarriages, otherwise I can see us being in a very similar boat. The struggles of just getting pregnant was already enough of a strain.

By some dumb luck the second one was a breeze.

Don’t stop trying.
