PC hanging on black screen - Urgent help please

When I boot up my PC it freezes after the Microsoft loading screen

My OS is Vista.

I have done a boot log and the main problem is :

Did not load driver AFD.SYS

Does anybody know about this system file and what can I do to fix it?

1.) Stop spamming.

2.) Backup and format since you are too inexperienced to troubleshoot.

3.) Take it in to a pc place.

Is it plugged in ? Of course its plugged in !! Ok, pick it up and walk out the room...ok,you out yet ? Yes. Its not plugged in.

Seriously,you changed motherboards recently ? May be MoBo drivers..had a pretty similar experience..
