[Personal Experiences] Hisense TV's

Honestly... I was happy with the price of the 49Inch 4k Hisense TV I got (from those Russia World Cup series), and it works very well for the most part, but... For some reason whenever I watch video (Netflix, Youtube even video files) then the TV just sometimes want to go into standby mode at specific places in the video. You can turn the TV back on and skip back to before the point as many times as you like. It will go into standby each and every time. It can get rather annoying. One might argue that you get what you pay for. I just got it to serve as a nice big screen. It was cheaper than my current 27inch PC monitor. But it is such a weird bug and happens so often that I'm surprised it passed testing.

It never happens when it's not displaying video in full screen.
 
Something to keep in mind if you ever hand in a tv for repair or return. My first 55inch HiSense went back to Game on day 6 with light and dark patches on the screen. That was in May last year...

Lo and behold, today I jump into Netflix and all 5 profiles are renamed with different avatar pics! I jump onto the Netflix site, check recent activity and notice Zimbabwe IP addresses! Suddenly it dawned on me that I had never logged out of the Netflix app on the tv I returned to Game last year!! Thankfully I caught it in time and logged out all active logins and changed the password.

Clearly returned stock is assessed and then sent off to Zimbabwe, but to not even factory reset the tv is a shocker!

Can you please help me with the correct firmware update for the Hisense 50A6100UW? Tried the one online from the hisense website but my TV starts normally tried everything so far. From this forum I noticed that the current version of firmware requires different updates?

My current Firmware Version is: VA002.01.00a.i0730

Hope you guys can help me out? Struggling with the Netflix app need to reset it everyday!

The update on my side also didn't work like it was supposed to. I unplugged the TV and then used the remote at the set distance and held in the button and just nothing changed. Eventually I gave up and left it for a while (off). Turned it on a few hours later and boom, the update ran. Took about 15 minutes to complete. A LOT more stable.
 
Got the Hisense 50a6100uw about 2 weeks ago but when I tried to set up the wifi I was only able to connect to 2.4 ghz and not 5ghz ,along with the netflix issue of having to reset the app often i reached out to hisense support who sent me a link for firmware but I am not able to install it tried the steps they gave me and through the gui where I get the "No USB upgrade package found." message.Any suggestions maybe?

Forgot to mention my current firmware versions is: VA002.01.00a.I0929
