Last few months the internet has been a lot more stable, however wait times to speak to call center personal can be long if you do have an issue. Good overall though. Use them for Fibre, website hosting, and mobile data.
 
I've been with them for almost a year and only had 1 big issue with connectivity which was sorted out reasonably well. They monitor network outages closely (which can be seen via their app) and respond rapidly to ensure as little downtime when it rarely happens.
 
With Value-for-money Afrihost has great specials that are such more affordable than other ISPs.
Couple that with their excellent network quality. When they do have down time their customer support is busy sending notifications telling people of the problem so you're not left in the dark. Their General service satisfaction is very good and I praise their service and network everytime.
The things that Afrihost does well is keeping their customers happy and well informed through all their media platforms
Their App is really easyvto use. they could improve on their payment methods but it is overall just a slight issue that can be dealt with
 
The only problem is there after hour service that can be improved as well as their turn around time.
 
I'm happy with everything Afrihost. If I could ask only one thing....give me more clarity on my bandwidth usage/tracking. The daily consumption charts are very basic and have little detail.
 
They are better than my previous provider, it's sometimes annoying when the internet randomly drops and it asks to register the line again though

Rarely any issues performance wise. But they only have limited operating hours at the call center. I have a soul so it is more of a petty bug than actual issue for me.

I love their Watsapp chat option if I have an issue, they always respond quickly. I have only had an issue once before with my line and it was resolved very quickly.
