Really? I haven't encountered any game that doesn't work on 384k. Games are all about latency not b/w.

192 would be for someone who only browse the web and downloads only software-and-windows updates. It is useless for pirating so the "moms and dads" that only need internet banking and media24 website will love this I would recon.

That's my view as well. And once they have tasted 192 uncapped, they will want MOAR and then will upgrade to a better package! Hence this product should come in at the lowest possible price (virtually no margin)...

Eh, line rental is already R152, so I don't think R149 include uncapped + line rental.

Quite a few recomend it and two I can think of offhand that seem to struggle on 386k , especially with something like TeamSpeak running are COD5 and BFBC2.

I would not pay more then R50 for a 192k "slightly shaped" uncapped account. I wouldnt pay more then R75 for a 192 unshaped uncapped account. MrBeep, I mean no disrespect, but I seriously think you should go back to the drawing board and rethink that.
