I got mine on a Black Friday special from Adorama cameras.Do any of the DJI drones go on special during Black Friday or cyber Monday ? Which stores?
Also hoping it goes on special on ebucks store.

A good map, although it does not include restricted military airspace. This covers a lot of Gauteng.Here's a map of the no-fly zones;

Regarding the flying over built up areas, the rules on CAA’s website don’t seem to say this is not allowed as far as I can see.
From what the rules state, it seems as though you need permission from property owners only if you are flying at an altitude equal to or below 50m above the property. That would seem to mean that you can fly in most places, except for those which are restricted as per the regulations etc.

But the other regulations say 120m (400ft) is max altitude to that makes no sense to me.No, it's 50m +- equivalent of 150ft. It's not a typo.
Yeah I think it is a typo. Seems the operating altitudes from what I’ve found is between 50 and 120m.

I just find the sudden jump from metric to imperial interesting.I haven't seen 120m personally, but will check.
