Rain Alternative

Hi All,

I have seen all the rain complaints on this page and others and so I am not here to complain I have decided to complain against them at 'The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA)" instead. I've been fighting with them since August last year with inconsistent connection and very poor internet speeds while paying for a Premium Package. I just want my money back now that's it.

Which alternative to Rain is there in the President Park- Midrand area? We do not have Fibre otherwise I would have gone for that.

I suspected that and if that is the case I am even prepared to move to an area with fibre to have better connectivity and speed. I see no other option then because both my kids are doing online school and I run my business from home-online.
