Rain is actively dropping connections

After 5PM is the worst , But i'm pretty much offline now for the rest of the day , It's comes and goes every now and then for about 5 or so minutes , But i wont be able to use this connection until Midnight tonight.

So i'm screwed for the rest of the day with Rain , I'll have to use my telkom again now .

@rain_mobile told me last week Thursday that he notified someone , But i haven't heard a word since.

Seems like they have this Mushroom Mentality ,
They keep you in the dark and feed you S!@t......

Dont waste your money - I will actually spend money telling people not to join Rain.

I really hoped that Rain 5G would solve my internet problems. I was so happy when I got that router on the roof and my internet was so great for a week. Now it's just a pain again and it saddens me.

Surely having good internet shouldn't be so hard to get?

I should never have left BitCo's home wireless. It was amazing. And their support was outstanding. Then we got Vodacom fibre at our complex and initially it was great but got progressively worse until it didn't work at all anymore. I could not for the life of me get Vodacom to come have a look. It was months of struggles and I cancelled when I got Rain 5G. Because initially the 5G was good.

Then it also got worse as time went on.

So then I got people to install the router on the roof. And for a glorious week it was bliss.

Now, I can see the excellent 5G signal that my router just refuses to connect to. Connects and drops. Connects and drops. Connects and drops.

And I hate it.

I don't know what else to do. Maybe sell my house and move somewhere else. I just don't know anymore.

I wish Rain can fix this. I wish it so much.
