Thanks, I sent Rain a tweet just now. I see a LOT of people are communicating to them via Twitter, good lord. Feels as if it was a secret society that I never knew existed. Anyhow I'll PM cavedog as well for the details he has on offer :)

mine was Due for Friday 8th, they missed it, then resceduled for monday, missed it, resceduled for wednesday, missed again
everytime they did not notify me, I had to contact them with 50-80 in support chat que at ant time
they told me i hve been prioritized now.
I can only hope..

Also spoke with Rain via Twitter just now. They also said that I've been prioritized. Just hope they don't send everyone the same generic message as that would truly suck. Here's hoping I get something in the next couple of days.

My second sim delivered and activated for my mum in Richards Bay. What a battle but finally got to the finishing line.
 
All three sims RICA'd and activated, but son, I'm disappoint, much wow!!
MyBB Speedtest app, right in the middle of Bellville with aound 80% signal strength

Anyone else having problems getting activated?

I received my sim on Tue 12 June 2018, called Wednesday to enquire when my sim will be activated and was told that they will call back after 5pm but no call back received.

Called again today was told to they will escalate it

Did an online chat, was also told that it will be activated but still nothing.

How long did you guys take to get activated?

Once I popped onto Twitter? Less than an hour after posting, requesting them to activate/RICA. Few minutes later they asked me to DM my details. Slight delay after that, and BAM, got my email to say that I've been provisioned.

I assume, you Tweeted to Rain and not Sendr for the Rica activation, correct?

I've never tweeted,and don't intend to start either.

So the rest of us cavemen have to just wait and pray to the RAIN gods?

I got a new phone a couple of months ago, but didn't bother installing Twitter since I hardly used it. Rain forced me to install it :p

Yeah well, if you want service and your package sometimes you need to go the extra mile to get it. If it means I need to use Twitter, then I do so :)
