Same, FINALLY!

Never received an SMS - RAM just rocked up and I went running to our front counter with my documents. Delivery guy said I should have received sms's along the way and he has no idea why I did not.

Now to wait for activation....

seems like their phone number are mixed up as I got 2 sms's for 2 orders.

Nice to know they finally rocked up. I never got any SMS's, probably because I never gave them my cell phone number :p

To those who received their sims from RAM - how quickly after delivery did you get activated? Best method to speed up activation?

lucky bastards, i ordered on the 14th June, still no SMS, and live chat just have generic responses. i don't think i'm getting a sim to enjoy the free June.

tried this morning i was 3 in the queue, colour me surprised. but all i got were generic answers, asked on twitter, twice and no reply, that was last thursday.

That is all they give you - generic answers. I think they have a list and just choose the answer that will most probably fit your question.

Are they following you on Twitter? Both you and them must "follow" each other on Twitter.

If not, you will NOT be able to send them a DM. Send them a tweet asking to follow you on Twitter, otherwise you're going to wait even longer.

Got my sim today thankfully after ordering almost 3 weeks ago let’s hope it gets activated **fingers crossed **

Eventually got SMS and it was delivered 30 min. later, two weeks after original delivery promise.
