I ordered on the 14th, still nothing, i've tweeted them 3 times no reply, sent a DM on twitter and no reply, just facebook messaged them now.
Would've been nice to have gotten the SIM since i have no form of internet at home.

quick question. The unlimited internet you get with the P20 lite. is this 24 hours unlimited or the 19 hours as with their normal packages @R250 extra.

The free data days are unlimited 24/7 after those days you can choose if you want to add the uncapped R250 option and then it changes to pay per mb after the free days.

The sendr couriers have caused the issue. Perhaps best is to apply for new ones and be guaranteed to get it via Ram? Two people at work also applied this week and got it already

Try their Twitter support - they the ones that managed to activate mine after having issues - neither their chat or Facebook support could help, but twitter managed within 30 minutes to sort it out.

Ordered Monday - P20 lite and sim. No communication after that. I guess not even shipped yet. How on earth can a company function like this in the modern world. Mailed them to ask when they would ship, no response.

Mine took about 7 working days to arrive. Allow them about 2 weeks before you start fretting.

Even after I told them over their chat system "Monday-Friday" - call me before delivery.

I used their online chat. Mine was activated almost immediately. Send them your email order number and ICCID(number on the sim)
