I now have 6 RAIN sim's. I told the courier who pitched a few minutes ago that I already got my sim's yesterday. He told me to please take it and sign else RAIN would not believe that he delivered.
If I get 3 more I might as well start a business. Selling them to my colleagues at R100 a pop. I'll take a pic of their ID and proof of address and send it to the RAIN twitter guy
I'm in that same boat. Eventually last night sent a tweet to Raincoza and Michael Jordaan. Only answer I received was that there are teething problems and my delivery fee will be refunded. Still no clue as to when I will receive anything. The order was placed on Saturday 09/06 and delivery for Monday 11/06 between 8 and 10, I waited on Monday from 8am ,9,10,11........ 4pm ,5,6 yip you guessed it, no SIM card was delivered, no email, no SMS offering an explanation, nothing Nada. I tried to get hold of someone at support for an explanation, let me tell you now, if you want to do an exercise in frustration try and get hold of RAIN support for any sort of help. Eventually at 19h30 on Tuesday night I got hold of a support agent, and after much shouting (my side) and much apologising (their side) the support lady escalated my delivery and promised me that the SIM would be delivered on Wed 13/06 after 17h00. No SIM card delivered again. Get hold of support again they said they will call courier and come back to me. Didn't happen. Next day support was contacted again, was told that there is no reference on their system to my order and if I would send a proof of payment to him so that he can check the bank account and if they have the payment he would be able to refund me the R120 and I would then have to place another order for the SIM and they would deliver it to me about the 19/06 at the earliest.online chat suddenly terminated.About 7pm last night I finally get another support agent online who after much explaining of the events he tells me that the SIM cards have been dispatched to a Delivery Agent and they would be in touch with me regarding delivery. What the hell, now there is a third party involved who will be making their deliveries, this is first time this version of why my SIM has not been delivered s being told. I have been assured that I should have my SIM by the 21st, funny as I thought I was not on their system, so how can this be the case. I have spent over R250 in cell costs and R120 for the SIM, not to mention loss of income for the time I took of from my business, and still am no closer to receiving or even knowing when I will have this elusive SIM.
Great stuff. You will be ricad in no time just make sure to drop her a message.

Pity you're up north. These sim cards aren't linked to any one person until it had been RICA'dI'll take them ta,since mine are lost to the wind
RAM here as well. It's almost like they've woken up now and went ape!I see your 6 SIMs and raise you one more sim and 1 extra device
(I now have 7 SIMs and 2 devices after 3 deliveries - I only ordered 3 sims and one device!)
Latest courier delivery was from RAM

Well, good thing I didn't send them because RAM called me a couple of minutes ago to tell me the three sims they've sent me has now been activated. It'd likely still arrive here before my actual order if you couriered it to australia and sent it back in 1mm squares
Maybe your mistake is confusing choice as to when you would like delivery to take place with when delivery will take place?

So now I have 6 active sims.
In my household we have three phones, one 3G tablet and a fibre router with LTE failover, so I will have a spare
Well, what did being patient get me? f%k%l and a refund, that's what: View attachment 529247
What a fail! When Afrihost launched their MTN data offering with the free mifi's, they saw all the orders through. This Rain launch has been a joke!
Ordered 3 SIMs for myself on 6/6/2018 and 3 for wife on 10/6/2018. Been following up regularly only to be told today that my orders will need to be re-created! Terrible service - worse still that I only get told they have to be created when chasing up what happened to them!
A. Ordered 3x sims on the 7th for delivery the 8th.
By yesterday morning, had one last futile attempt and after getting the same crap from their online support for the 5th day in a row I couldn't believe they were telling me they couldn't find my order and I needed to recreate one! I REFUSED!!
I had been billed already(twice in fact and still awaiting a refund) , and certainly had no faith in paying again for nothing.
B. I took the advice of 1 or 2 others here, and reluctantly contacted the Sendr courier , arranged a delivery which happened that same afternoon and once that was done ,after waiting till this am for activation which surprise surprise never happened, used Twitter this morning to contact Rain online (I begrudgingly signed up to create an account) and within an hour was activated.
I recommend plan B. ^^^^^^
