Rain users are angry - Here is why

Rain still has the best unlimited mobile offerings on the market; they should be proud of their service. With that being said, I thought the roaming agreement with Vodacom would have made things better? Seems like everyone who goes into business with Vodacom suffers... Gogga Connect, among many others.
From what I gather this is a one sided roaming agreement. Vodacom roams on rain and rain subscribers get shafted.

Lol may not mean what you think it means in SA.

Instead of trying to be derisive point out what you consider drivel and I will reconsider.

Anyhow I had enough of being pissed off. It's not good for the karma.

We'll see what the future brings.

I saw Cell-C posted a R3b loss so they must be close to gone.

And the Comp Comm is forcing Vodacom and MTN to cut prices.

And who knows maybe Telkom gets contracted by government to manage the WOAN.

I think you need to take a walk outside, bud

Rain coverage on their page is misleading and the worst part is their non existent service. You pay they deliver and ignore your request for after service assistance. Please assist if you know how I can get my refund.

Teah well when you get most of the population at home watching netflix and Youtube, trawling Fakebook, downloading torrents and doiong online gaming then there will be issues. We on Rain and it mostly slows down early evening. I got a friend on Vodacom and he also gets a mixed bag with download speeds to as point that Youtube is unwatchable.

I have tried everything, network seems to be around 5km from where I stay according to their app. Thanks
They delivered last week Thursday and I tried everyday till today same results. Their app says I need to move the router almost 5km from my home.
There's the answer. You're allowed to move 5km home.
