Only had a great experience from AXXESS. My calls were sorted in record time. Hell, I've even had an actual line destroyed by rain and it was repaired in 3 days.

Strange. I just switched my LTE service from CellC to Mtn recently with Axxess and was up and running within 48 hours. I did have a 'disconnected' issue with my router status but was resolved over the phone within 10min.Absolutely useless company!! Also have not been able to use my MTN LTE service for a couple of weeks. Countless emails and still no solution from Axxess.
I signed up with them 18 February for their Telkom LTE SIM card. They acknowledged my order and stated that it would take +-24 hours to capture my RICA details. i phone this morning and got a useless person who advised me that it takes 10 days to receive my SIM. Do they carve theses out of some precious mineral form a far away planet?
If there was an option lower than "pathetic" I would have selected that.
I bought MTN fixed LTE with router more than a week ago (@ almost 2k) and my service is still not active. Support doesn't care and just tell me to wait for MTN provisioning. How long must I wait? Surely a whole week is enough? Why give the option of having the service active immediately if you cannot honor that?
I'm paying for a service that I can't use and 150GB pro-rata data that will not roll over.
Axxess is a joke.
@The Axxess Lady I have just received your email regarding vumatel fibre price increases. But it doesn’t mention anything about the 8/2 line that my parents have recently activated. I hope they not in for a shock.

Axxess don't give a fook. Axxess support is rude, arrogant and utterly useless. Keep promising they'll get back to you but never do. I'm trying to get a refund now and cancel the service. Should be even more fun than I'm having already.

- Sitting with a router I can't use.

Still haven't heard anything from Axxess. Support not getting back to me at all regarding issue or my refund. Guess no internet again this weekend :/
