I've been with CISP for just over 2 years and can't complain at all. Don't know why they get so much hate lately. Even with all the DDOS attacks over the past few months I was hardly ever down. Had much, much more issues with Telkom/MWEB in the ADSL days.

Been with them for 3.5 years and no major complaints.

Good overall, slow /lack in communication for some things. The SMS that went out for the DDoS incidents were always a day or more after. And there was no real news or mentions on the WACS issue, I knew about it but for less informed people it's hard to know why the pings are high and throughput isn't 100%.
Otherwise pretty happy, have had at least "some" bad experiences with every ISP I've had, but CISP for the most part are on top of things.

So far, so good. I appreciate the responsiveness on the forums on checking up on tickets.

Outside of Ddos, no problems. Line speed almost always above the 90% speed promised. Just used my own NETGEAR nighthawk router as those entry level ones from tplink are crap.
Update.... Unfortunately, the service is weak. Having waited 6 weeks for a line upgrade apparently due to Vuma not providing an update and no responses to my support requests changed my rating to fair.
