Do you want your UTID configured on prepaid? Will come in handy when the copper in your area is stolen.

Hey r00igev@@r

Na its ok i will take my chances with the copper being stolen but thx

Suprisingly painless migration so far. Answered quick, all explained, confirmed and referenced. Now to see what happens in the next few hours and see if everything was activated as said.

Congrats to whoever trained the account staff, for once i'm not left in a mood of hatred and banging my head into a wall!

Well if the account staff would answer their emails I MIGHT agree with you....
If ANYONE from Iburst is reading this please PM me since I have tried to get a response through r00igev@@@r but he seems to be MIA and accounts are not responding....

Hi Divv,

You can PM me or send me an email on [email protected] please include your contact number and your iburst username.

I didn;t use email support, I prefer instant responses. They picked up on the 2nd or 3rd ring, no queueing or anything. All changes were made live on the call. Took less than 15min...

FYI as a followup. The migration was completed fine, about 15 min after i went onto the iburst site and it was already reflecting my new package choice.

More accounting buggerups

After being assured in April that yes finally they have sorted out all my account buggerups and that my account will show "NILL", I have again received a bill this month that shows me owing money .

Yes I will be emailing people involved again including Ronald and Gecible , but I will also now start trashing I burst again. It is also showing 120+ days so I take it Iburst is busy quietly trashing my credit rating with their incompetence.

I have similar problems. I am trying to muster the energy to phone their accounts department.

Ronald , Gcebile , No replies at all yet ? I included both of you in my email ...

It turns out they have not been debiting my bank account since March which is why I have now received a large bill...

Have there been billing errors this month? We just got a statement for R589.76! Previously it was R189 (which was an error, in which we were downgraded to 1GB), it was always R238 for the Wireless 2GB and should stay the same for the next two years .

Hello Gcebile,

I first tried the helpdesk without success. I them PM'ed you and got no response. I have also sent you a direct email without response to my below query.

My Total After Hours Usage has not changed since the 2nd July. ( 605.71 MB )
I have done all my "big" downloads between midnight and 8am, yet I do not seem to be getting the 60% saving on my 5GB package. Everything is coming straight off my normal bandwidth allocation.
Is this 60% on a 5GB package automatically granted to you, or do I need to be applying for this somewhere ?

Why are you not responding at all ?

Warren
