So I ordered some stuff last Sunday, get the confirmation e-mail saying I shouldn't pay yet. I figure it's because they want to check if they can get stock, which is fair enough. On Monday they let me know they can get stock, so I pay that evening. It's Absa to Standard Bank, so it takes some time, only goes through Wednesday morning apparently.
Now I still haven't received my goods, after having called them yesterday asking for an update (not even gonna try e-mail as it's pointless). They said it will be delivered this morning. When this doesn't happen, I phone again, they say the courier has gone out, so I should get it this afternoon. Nope, still nothing. Now it's long weekend, so I'll only get my stuff on Tuesday morning.
Their website still says my order is "processing". I get no feedback whatsoever, and there's no way to track the courier to find out wtf is going on. Am I being unreasonable in thinking this is a bit ridiculous? My friend saw a car on Saturday, started the process of purchasing it and received it yesterday morning. Now if it takes longer to buy and receive 4 PC parts (that are in stock, so doesn't need to be specially ordered) than a car, something's not right.
