Their website says:

If you stay in any area below - then your parcel will be delivered Door-to-Door (by Fastway Couriers). If you don't say in an area below then your parcel will be sent delivered Counter-to-Counter (by South African Post Office). However, if you stay in an area not listed below but still want Door-to-Door, then please email us and we will get a quote for you.

Since I still haven't received any form of delivery info or tracking nr. from RebelTech (and probably won't until Jan 7, since they're closed now) I phoned Fastway Couriers to try and find out whether they have a package for me but they were all like "Huh?" I'll try The Courier Guy next...
 
Out of the blue I received my Rebel Tech shipment this morning, which I ordered on the 16th of Dec.
So I'd guess that they started to work on their backlog since Wednesday.
 
Why are they so slack now, i've had to send proof of payment twice and they still havn't confirmed payment, 4 days now, usually i would have had the product within 2 days. Should have read this first.
 
Yep my experience with them also, no response for days. Avoid them like the plague
 
I have given up on them. Too many lies! My last purchase from them: After waiting 4 days for my status to go from waiting for payment to processing, I start becoming annoyed - they reply saying your parcel will be sent tomorrow. A week later, no parcel... They say they will take it up with the couriers. Another week later after many furious e-mails, they finally send the tracking number which showed the parcel as being only sent the day before. SO the whole courier being slack bit was a lie since the courier only received the parcel a week after they claimed it had been couriered.

I won't even go into an issue I had trying to RMA a doa graphics card. 4 and a half weeks with one false promise after the next. They have really gone from decent to untrustworthy in a short space of time. I will not deal with a supplier who lies to cover whatever issue he is having.

I also had some issues with them. Ordered something, got the "go ahead with payment" email and did so. Two days later they still hadn't shipped my parcel. Next day, still nothing. And then I got a story about how the couriers made an error and it was shipped incorrectly. I just cancelled my order and demanded a refund, which I got two days later.
I now shop from Wootware.

I myself purchased my entire rig from them, in spares of course, took close to 2 weeks too deliver, also got the run around will be delivered today then this afternoon then never scenario. I have to admit a saved quite a buck but will rather sacrifice that in future for better service.

Purchased a couple of items from wootware recently with no problems at all, i also used prophecy very good service.
