17600mAh vs 8800mAh. The bigger one has more ports and even solar input. That’s a bit of a rip considering it’s double the price of the smaller units but you only 65Wh vs 45Wh of the cheaper ones.

Have this one as well. Doesn't break a sweat for 2 hours load shedding.I have one of these - plug it in and forget about it

Powers both my mesh router and fibre ONT - can get about 6-8 hours depending on how many devices are actively trying to watch the entire youtube
Same here.Have this one as well. Doesn't break a sweat for 2 hours load shedding.
Hi Jolab, a friend of mine has this as well and I'm interested in getting it but I read some reviews that it doesn't work on Huawei fibre boxes. I have the Huawei EchoLife HG8240H5 fibre box. Any idea if it works on that? Cheers!I have one of these - plug it in and forget about it

These are rock solid. It is a rebranded Ratel 860P ... I have multiple units, and helped numerous friends with the same for their setupsI have one of these - plug it in and forget about it

Mine are about 2.5 years old now ... still charges to full, still has 75% battery left at the end of 2.5 hours loadshedding (powering ONT, router, DECO and camera)How long do these units last for .. not in hours saying like 2 years ? 5 years ?
Are you talking about the ONT? If so, mine works fine on itHi Jolab, a friend of mine has this as well and I'm interested in getting it but I read some reviews that it doesn't work on Huawei fibre boxes. I have the Huawei EchoLife HG8240H5 fibre box. Any idea if it works on that? Cheers!
Will probably last longer than what time the Country has left. How long do these units last for .. not in hours saying like 2 years ? 5 years ?
The same device plugged into each of these would last twice as long. The plugged in device will not use more volts or amps. The Wh are all that matters, those figures are meaningless without the pack voltage.
He's referring to the internal battery voltage. The same device plugged into each of these would last twice as long. The plugged in device will not use more volts or amps.
The bigger device goes up to 48V and 5A, while the small one is 12V and 3A.
And here is the same device marked as 32Wh not 45Wh:The Wh are all that matters, those figures are meaningless without the pack voltage.

Yes the ONT. Thanks so much. I'm assuming you also have a Huawei???Are you talking about the ONT? If so, mine works fine on it
Just check your ONT and / or router power adapters (the ridiculously small print on the back of the adapter)Hi Jolab, a friend of mine has this as well and I'm interested in getting it but I read some reviews that it doesn't work on Huawei fibre boxes. So is the polarity of the connector. Is the pin negative or positive for example.Just check your ONT and / or router power adapters (the ridiculously small print on the back of the adapter)
If the power outputs there match what the unit can do there is no reason why it shouldn't.
Voltage is very NB - must match. The device will draw whatever amps it needs as long as it does not exceed what the unit can push but should not be a problem for either the ONT or router amp requirements. 60w total should also be more than enough for both of those items.

The left means centre pos and the right means centre neg.So is the polarity of the connector. Is the pin negative or positive for example.

You are just repeating what I posted. You don't have to explain it to me, I was just emphasising this important point. The left means centre pos and the right means centre neg.
Most plugs are centre pos, just double-check.
It wasn't for you, there are plenty other people in this thread who may not get it. I didn't the first time I saw those symbols. You are just repeating what I posted. You don't have to explain it to me, I was just emphasising this important point.
