Do you think it will be cheaper than R7k when its released in SA?

I am afraid I also got stung R1300! Ouch! I thought the duty was 7% on electronics and 14% VAT. That does not really add up. Anyways at least I have a S2 finally :-)
 
Love this phone. Need help with two headaches. How do I install a app from pc to the s2 using kies, and then the real problem - I'm using a micro sim in my Iphone4 with original cell number, then I have a dual sim for the s2. I cannot send or receive a mms with the s2. The same happened in the past when I was using a dhd on the dualsim setup.
 
If we get a faulty one then we are scrooged... but in the case that all works well, then we're still getting it cheaper that what we would have paid for it locally. I for one have to get it by next week latest, as they guy who's got dibs on my DHD is breathing down my neck for his phone!

Also, is there any chance that guys in SA wont get the Super AMOLED Plus screen and instead get the ***something something LCD*** version?

Are you supposed to get vodacom mms + gprs settings for this phone?
**Rephrase** DO YOU GET vodacom mms + gprs settings for this phone, or are we too early for that :)

VC did send the settings for the s2, they also send the settings for the dhd, but both the phones was and is unable to send or receive an mms. I think it is all to do with the dual sim I'm using. The gprs works fins

Shweet! Another thing... do you have any screen protectors / pouches for your SGS2 or is it still nekkid?
