Clear your APN settings and reboot, worked for me.

Anyone else find the RR jellybean roms really unstable? I've had problems with every version so far, the camera app for example freezes the whole time, it's really really annoying.

Nope. Mine is more stable than my stock ICS used to be.

What kernel did you install?

Could also be SD card issue. I had this issue too and couldn't update or install any new apps from Play Store. To fix I just turned off, removed the SD card, turned on, turned off, installed SD card, turned on.

I have left everything at the default installation values, governor is pegasusq and i/o scheduler is cfq. Hotplug mode is set to CPU Hotplug (default).

I have no idea what half this stuff means so haven't bothered even tinkering with this yet.

If you running CM10, Settings->Apps->All. Click on icon... clear data. Reboot and see if it works.

Mostly. Tried a view internet downlaods which worked but others did not. i dont have any luck with Play.

XXLPS is a good modem...hmmm. what version of GAPPS did you download.

Maybe a reflash?

I think your problem is the kernel, not the rom. BTW, update to RR 3.0.6, it is good and stable.

On a slightly different note
I have been running the latest kernels from DorimanX (5.77A and B) and it has to be the best kernel BY FAR!!! The latest updates are rock solid stable and blazing quick, and amazing battery to boot. I seriously think that anybody coming from Siyah would be impressed. Also, leave the kernel settings stock for best results. Crazy how good this kernel is.
