100% correct hence I utterly hate this phone with everything I have. I hate Samsung.

I work on my phone so for me I need a screen on time that can handle 8 - 11 hours without having to charge.

Technology should be focused on creating a smartphone that can last 24 hours with 70% screen on time.

You should try the Mate 9 then. I get an average of 8hours SOT. Battery is a killer on this thing.
 
This phone (S8+) is just WOW. Huge difference coming from a S6 Edge. Love the screen. Still busy setting it up.

What route are you guys taking wrt the launcher? Stock or Nova?

And I need a phone with wing mirrors and an ashtray built in.

But you don't get them.

Fscking Samsung should know what I want and give it to me. I don't want to do any research of course, but if they don't include it out of the box in the phone I choose to buy then I'll hate them for ever and cry on line like a baby.
 
Final update on my first day's battery life.

1 day 2 hours and 16 minutes.

5 hours and 18 minutes of screen on time.

10% battery left.

Has there been any word on exactly how the new international warranty works with the S8? No free screen replacements as I understand? Would it be best to insure the phone through a service provider or adding it to your existing insurance.

I don't plan on dropping the phone, but accidents do happen.
 
R849 on Cellc pinnacle 250 with a decent amount of data a month, 250min per month and 5000 wifi calling minutes..... Yes or no?
