lol that was in December with Telkom Mobile. You claimed the watch on the app that came with your contract. That was called 12 deals of December promotion or something.

Hey folks. Nothing's been happening on the Samsung rewards app for many weeks, is it still a thing? No new apps to download, no competitions, "burn" section just says out of stock.

According to them, they're waiting for feedback from Samsung SA. They can't load or do anything until Samsung SA wakes up, and following some of the service I've had from them it doesn't surprise me that it's taking months for an answer.
