Samsung rewards

Has anyone else noticed that the rewards are less frequently appearing or am I the only one?
 
Hey man you seem to be a Guru at this app , can you help me ?
My app completely died! I got like 200k points , everytime I login to it it shows unknown people's accounts :/ , zero points and a prompt for me to update.
I email them and got no response, left a message by the review slot and no response.
It's confusing since all my phones are new and had them long before this app got released.
Any idea what's wrong ?
Formated , new firmware and nothing seems to be helping :(

What phone you using? Everything is linked with your Gmail/Google+ account, so make sure you have the original account on your phone. Then applications, clear cache and data, log onto app, if you have more than one Gmail, select the correct one, accept terms and conditions, try that. Make sure Gmail is synced.

I have my regular wireless charger at work and works great. Want the faster charger for home. Doesn't it charge as fast as when it is plugged in?

I have one, works well ie the fast charger one. It has a cooling fan which seems to make the difference. Works well on my Note 5 and S6 edge plus. Have a Spigen case on Note 5, works fine, but some of the armoured cases, it doesn't work. I get a full charge in under 2 hrs. But honestly, 120k points is a bit much for one. Are you going to use it on a S6+ or Note 5, otherwise it works like a regular one on other devices. Only reason I got one, came with phone.

I have the S6 Edge, which has fast charging when plugged in. Will the wireless fast charger work?

Edit: Should work as per the Rewards app.
