SARS E-Filing 2019 OPEN!

I filed on the 1st and submitted supporting docs on the 2nd - still in the dark at this point. I'm battling to find my statement of account on this new interface, can someone point me in the right direction? thanks

Top right, click where it says "Returns". Where it says "Income Tax Quick Search" enter your " Income Tax Reference Number".

Alternatively on the left side menu - "SARS Correspondence" > "Request Historic IT Notices" > "Step 1 - I want to request a Statement of Account".
 
Filed on the 2nd July, uploaded supporting documents on 2nd July, recieved confirmation of receipt of supporting docs on 2nd July. SARS status = Return Assesed...................still no completion letter. dont even try and contact SARS, your waiting period is 10 minutes, call back option also not the most effective.........WTF SARS.....people in this forum went through the exact same as what i did and have been paid their refund already....... THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING SARS......WAKE UP.

I am in exactly the same boat. Same timeline as you.... will wait until tomorrow as per the suggestion from another member on the forum
 
Ye, I don't expect anything fast from SARS. Filed and uploaded docs last week Tues. Heard nothing. Feels normal. I'll worry about it if I have heard nothing in a month.
 
I filed on the 5th, uploaded supporting docs on the 5th and got my completion letter stating no changes made on the 15th.
Now to wait for them to pay back the money :D

Followed your instructions which shows their payment was made yesterday so should reflect in my account soon :D

Got this just now, after submitting the tax and the docs they requested on the 2nd of July.

VERIFICATION OF ASSESSMENT
We refer to the verification of the assessment for the 2019 tax period. Please note that no adjustment has been made to this assessment. However, in terms of the Tax Administration Act the South African Revenue Service reserves the right to conduct further reviews in future if required.

Now to wait for the $$$$ to come.

Hi All, This is my first year that I will be doing a tax return while earning a travel allowance. I am not going to customers a lot, just here and there, how do I claim when doing my return?
I have kept a log of customer trips (km and opening and closing mileage).

I finally received my completion letter today after calling SARS yesterday complaining that I filed on the 30tho_Oo_Owhat a bummer,by that I gave the agent opportunity to preach how I should never file before the actual date. I could not argue,she also said i must not tell her about people who filed prior me. The point is we should filed on the actual opening day or thereafter. No adjustments of course.
 
Filed last night, for Statement of Account last night and requested to submit documentation about 15mins ago which i've done - lets see how long the verification will take

Lucky person........DAMN i hate this waiting on SARS............
 
Just to share guys, i just received a letter from SARS, they need a detailed Logbook, showing details of the trip (From to ) and the reason of the trip. I am busy with that, so if you have not received the completion letter and you claimed for travel, please start updating as might ask it.
