I did everything as requested. Got an email stating docs received. So now the waiting begins.....Does this mean we have to wait the 21 business day?

My case was finalised within two days of getting the email stating that they had received the docs. But it was a very simple case, just some donations.
 
I had to log a dispute on mine.

So the rental income part and the allowable deductions are pretty new to me and even though I uploaded the required documentation (almost all of it), it seems that they're pretty strict. The auditors probably can't spent time sifting through everyone's stuff so if it's not in perfect order, they just disallow it.

So I did an income statement and also included 1 year worth of bank statements with all the relevant transactions highlighted and marked, to make it easier for them.

Now I need to wrap my head around provisional tax and see whether I need to register for that. Eish.
 
These naaiers just emailed me, they want R500 again
For what?
Do I need to pay R500 every single year to efiling?
I hate SARS
 
Anyone got a letter from Sars, to update your banking info on the sars website?

I only know the section in your ITR12. Is that that?
 
Has anyone received this before. I had around R1000 penalties but sars needs to refund me far more than that. I have uploaded all documents required for audit before i reveived this from sars

Yes as above. So you have to send through 3 months bank statement, certified ID, proof of address and a hand written note with case number and date and please update bank details. Those docs needs to be uploaded.
I am still waiting on my refund.

Same here. They sent me two refund status letters, and two upload document requests. This is ridiculous as I started this process two weeks before the season opened. This should have been resolved

They even have sections where you input those things. Usually its because the evidence you submitted wasnt good enough or they didnt understand it.

You will need to raise a dispute. I accompany my submission documents with a letter explaining every little thing. A calculation table showing how i got the numbers, you have to assume they are completely useless and handhold the entire thing for them
