My Skyworth Binge Box not connecting to Ethernet, it needs to be configured everytime u switch on!

My usb port broke off after just 2 months. Poor quality device, lack of or non existant after sales service due to the product being imported and just distributed here, the inability to use the most popular apps Netflix and Amzon, and its very limited google play services. Makro refused to honour the garuantee because the supplier did not want to exchange the device. dont waste your money on skyworth products. rather get a Xiaomi or MI Box

Did you upgrade to the new firmware and do a factory reset

I had my android tv box and android TV for 3 years with no issues, I'm guessing you dont use RD with external apps, on your TV box?.

It will never be netflix certified. You can however sideload a specific apk that will give you 480p.

I am also struggling with Bluetooth connection. Tried 5 different Bluetooth audio devices, only 1 was discovered and eventually paired.
If it’s running Android, shouldn’t it be able to discover any Bluetooth device?

Same here. Tried 3 sets of earphones and no luck

Really? How on earth did you manage that? I unplug and plug in my external drive frequently. No issues 18 months later. Sounds suspicious

Can someone help, is there a way to update my skyworth android box, lately my reception on Mnet plus constantly bombs out with a 416 error code, if I reboot signal is back, then it's error code again, can't watch any catchup, however when I look on my phone there is no problem
