Casting works perfectly as well from my phone.

The unboxing experience is great for such an inexpensive unit, and the performance is sleek.

So you cannot launched it from the homescreen? I should be getting my box tomorrow.

The changelog will be available with the update. A quick summary of the changes is below:
1. NTFS Support.
2. Dolby Passthrough Fixes.
3. Ethernet not re-connecting after standby fix.
4. Chrome cast issues (affected only a small percentage of users)
5. RCU pairing optimization.
6. Stuck on updating after a factory reset.

and some further minor fixes that have filtered down to us from the chipset maker and Google themselves, including recent security patches.

This is the version in certification process right now.

So happy to see the ethernet issue included in the fixes, have to restart before every use which is super annoyong. Waiting in anticipation...

Thank you for the feedback! With regular updates I expect that this box will be the best bang for your buck!
 
Had the device constantly restart within 3 minutes of starting up, I had to do a full reset, not sure if it has do with Ace Streams which I installed earlier today.

We can't test with every possible app, but that should not happen. Did the reset resolve the problem?

You can enter safe mode by holding down the power button to get to the power off screen, then holding down OK on the "Power Off" selection until the box has restarted. This is the standard way of doing it in Android 8.
 
Anyone been able to install a version of netflix where the UI works? I can't search or change seasons of series ect
 
Any news on to when this box is going to mainstream brick and mortar retailers like originally indicated on the website ?
