Skyworth Binge Android TV box

Hi All, I bought the skyworth tv box from takealot and I wanted will I be able to sideload apks onto this tv box. thanks looking forward to a response
 
I've been noticing an audio lag of a couple frames on video lately, this is happening on all apps.

I tested the audio passthrough last night, and it doesn't work as expected. The sound output is barely audible. Poor experience in this regard.

I've packed mine away this weekend after doing a factory reset (to see if that fixed anything - it did not) and going to give it to my parents as a Youtube box.

We are unable to reproduce this with any of our audio devices. Could you confirm your settings in Settings - > Sound? Check specifically the passthrough and Surround settings.

I got my skyworth box today and it works flawlessly, i got my 5.1 samsung home theater system connected with the tv box and i can say the audio works lovely with the dstv now app , as well as my movies and series app and my other live tv.app , the sound works great
 
Apparently the Telkom Lit Box is officially Netflix certified now.

This means the Skyworth box could follow ?

Crap I betted wrong. Only reason I took the Skyworth was because I assumed it would get certification before the Litbox

I don’t know what the issue is on my setup. There is audio-passthrough, but it doesn’t work as expected. It is like the volume is turned down, tried everything, maxing out everything. It works as expected on the LG television's audio, but not with my connected 5.1 Samsung system's audio. I don’t have this experience with any other device I plug in.

I have only tested this on the above, will try another audio system when I have the time to do.
