Smart outdoor security cameras in SA?

I am decidinng between ezviz darkfighter c3x and the tp-link vigi...can anyone advise?

I need to setup 2 cctv cameras on my long driveway. thinking of going POE.

i have the C3W and don’t have issues with WiFi about 10m from AP and only works on 2.4GHz but going to do POE just to reduce WiFi traffic.

Got both (C1C & C3W) on special Last Year and working a charm, minimal lag even when connecting from Cape Town over Holiday

This is a 1MP 10 year old Uniview camera I still have, it looks better than that 12MP.

Like I said, MPs are not equal it's about the sensor.

I'll get a higher res snapshot form the pc but even here it's apparent.

With a 4MP uniview / Hikvision you'll see sweat and then the 8MP you can tell the eye color at 40m no issue.

$20 000 vs the reolink prices.

Its about value for money and performance for price.

My reolinks are quite fine. I have invested in the RLC810A and definitely going to buy the RLC811A. However, my RLC410S still adequate for my purposes. I don't need to see sweat .

Reolinks get good reviews and are reliable. Not a single issue to date.

Reolink plus sd card....cheap too for a higher megapixel one that can capture the small mice.
