And you posted this, why? This thread has NOTHING to do with my innocence or guilt. It has to do with getting it reduced.

No, it's you bitching like a whiny little girl looking for sympathy.

As for your attempted justification - the traffic officer gave his personal opinion. He does not make the law. He does not pass sentence. His job is to enforce the law - REGARDLESS of his opinion.

The fines are prescribed, the PP can do nothing about it. No more of this "oh poor me I don't want to pay this" sob stories.
You do the crime you do the time.

Who says I haven't been?
I have zero outstanding fines. I have been caught speeding. I was wrong, I paid the fine, I didn't whine and bitch about how unfair it was and how the conditions were perfect and it was a straight road and downhill and there was a 300km/h tailwind.
I'm mature enough to accept that my choices have consequences. What's your excuse?

i'll nominate you for the nobel peace prize for the upstanding citizen you are. Oh hell, why not give you the certificate of oozement at the same time :p

Do you pull your handbrake up too? maybe check your blind spots and rear view mirrors? the works hey? Wow! impressive.

So you are admitting openly on the forum that you don't drive according to the legally required K53 driving standard in this country? I think that may actually be grounds to revoke your license.

awesome! thanks :D

So now are you gonna start stopping at stop streets and paying your fines? Let me be an inspiration to you! You can DO IT! And you can be a good example to your kids and the people around you!
I'll give you any support you need! It's a worthy cause man.

k53 isn't a legally required driving standard. It's a testing standard :p There's no legal requirement to use your handbrake at a stop street. It may be best practice, but it's not illegal not to.
