I have zero outstanding fines. I have been caught speeding. I was wrong, I paid the fine, I didn't whine and bitch about how unfair it was and how the conditions were perfect and it was a straight road and downhill and there was a 300km/h tailwind.
I'm mature enough to accept that my choices have consequences. What's your excuse?

k53 isn't a legally required driving standard. It's a testing standard There's no legal requirement to use your handbrake at a stop street. It may be best practice, but it's not illegal not to.
