Sometimes steam does that, it must be their servers. I'm not on MWEB or any of the other popular ISPs

Never seen this before. MWeb claims some problems with international, but browsing is normal.

No it's just steam, don't worry. Happens to me now and again but it never lasts too long. Maybe try restart steam. If that does not work, just wait a while, it can't stay offline the whole night.

Well what do you know, my Steam just got defibbed and is back up and running.
Just when i wanted to post, mine came on aswell
It is up, but I keep timing out of games.
