Well, its certainly a better volley in the mythical broadband war than recent efforts from MTN (bandwidth rollover for wait for it...60 days) and VC (Free Internet - well, no, actually 10% extra)
The real war begins in the ISP market when new Seacom-based products hit the shelves.
I'm still beyond puzzled as to why Neotel have not yet offered ADSL products, even if it is over Telkom's infrastructure.
