From 02-May until 05-May, when trying to check my usage, Telkom Tracking Tool reported "We are currently experiencing technical problems........"

During that time, I downloaded 19GB (all from rapidshare.com) on my Do3 account with an allocated IP address starting with (41.246).

Now, I'm capped and my IP starts with (165.146)

If it wasn't for Rapidshare.com giving me error message that "I've used more than 25GB in 5days", my download manager cud have finished all the files in the 40GB cue
