I think it is a given that they are lacking bandwidth hence the "blame third party" statement. The third party being Telkom I assume but could be SAIX or a host of other providers. Lets be clear the problem is not hardware related and purely a lack of capacity issue.Pft...do that same thing after 5....will be back to 500+
8-5 my NNTP downloads are flying....
And it's not congestion....my local speedtest i get 3.5 Mb....Int is about 300Kb/s....
I'm thinking they don't have any international backup....or they do but not enough...
